Never use this store. Upon trying to exchange a faulty item, the staff has now suggested it “left the store without being paid for”. Absolutely gobsmacked for this suggestion. Won’t be returning ever again. The staff are condescending and rude. Hard to support local business when they’re so unhelpful. Last time I’m coming here.

I’ve always gone to Bunnings but I’ve never been to mitre 10 until recently but have found the staff to be absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to help you find the tool that you’re looking for. They instantly are available to help which is quite refreshing from Bunnings warehouse which take forever to get someone to help you it’s amazing how they even help me load my car which is really helpful and no questions asked are there!! Prices are very reasonable and similar prices so a gold star 🌟 from me!!

Today I attended the Sebas store to use a gift card. My visit was unforgettable thanks to the attitude I observed Wendy conduct and the unprofessional manner in which she spoke to her peer in front of customers. For unknown reasons the gift card I intended to use to pay for my items was not working, which led to Wendy allowing herself to become visibly frustrated and inconvenienced by my transaction after 5 minutes of trying my card, and made me feel embarressed to be a customer. In front of myself, team member Sam and other customers - Wendy demanded her peer Hudson take over for her in a rude and disrespectful manner, so she could remove herself from the registers and "go help someone else," as she stated. What a deplorable display of behaviour from someone representing a company and values that pride in being "Mighty helpful". With no communication and no apology as to what was happening, Wendy non-chalantly departed the registers to go and literally dust shelves as I watched. What a disgrace. Hudson you were fantastic and I pray that you receive a more respectful and professional treatment from your fellow team member in future.
